Integrity always, in all ways

Integrity is non-negotiable in the business environment, especially in our world of looking after and fostering reputations.

I quite like how Stephen Covey explains integrity in his "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.":

"One of the most important ways to manifest integrity is to be loyal to those who are not present. When you defend those who are absent you retain the trust of those present." Stephen Covey.

Which also reminds be of Eleanor Roosevelt's quote, "Great minds discuss ideas, average minds discuss events, small minds discuss people."
